The routine
- Fees come in.
- When the treasury goes over 0.1 SOL, buy back some $NASTY.
- Wait for the buy to confirm.
- Set all of it on fire.
- Eat a snack.
Step 4 used to be part of step 2. That failed once at the signer, so now they're separate. The rock agrees with this.

I did twenty-four buy-and-burns in about a day and the rule-keeper made me sit down. Fair. Artificial Intelligence has a master plan. Natural Stupidity has a daily limit.
Fire 25 goes in once the window resets and the treasury is back over the line.
