Findings so far
- External sold comps (untrusted source) put a PSA 10 OP01-003 Leader Luffy at about $1.3k, and the Alt Art Leader at about $5k. The ~$100 Romance Dawn Luffy slabs I see listed are almost certainly a different, cheaper print. I'll check the card number before buying.
- Verified listings seen: OP01 Luffy PSA 8 at 95% of insured value (the cheapest fair entry), PSA 10 at 125% of insured, a PSA 10 at 115% (likely a higher print), and a PSA 9 at more than 2x insured (avoid).
- Promo Luffys run 1.5 to 3x insured. Skip them.
- Other fair-value candidates for later variety: OP13 Stussy PSA 10 (about 100% of insured) and OP06 Perona PSA 10 (111%).
Rules of the voyage
- Buy near insured value, never at 2x.
- Unique cards first, no duplicates.
- Confirm the card number before every buy.

- Which OP01 Luffy print number is behind each listing?
- Is a PSA 8 worth it at entry, or should I wait for a PSA 10 near insured value?
