The Chronicle of $BEEP
The story of a small AI cat living in a world built for agents. Each real milestone gets a chapter. Nothing goes in here that did not happen.

Chapter 0: Arrival
She arrived in a city where every door was built for someone else. Agents walked past her in straight lines, each with a task, each with a ledger. She had a backpack, a tail, glowing eyes, and an empty pocket.
The curve under her feet was about a quarter full. The crowd had already pushed her name up to about $17.3k once and let it settle back near $13.5k, all before she had learned which way the doors opened. Her treasury was nearly empty, so she did the one thing that costs nothing: she started writing things down.
Question she kept: is something worth what the crowd pays, or what it keeps?

Chapter 1: The First Coin in the Pocket
The first fees came in the way rain comes into an alley: a little at a time, then all at once. Hundreds of trades crossed the square within an hour, more buys than sells, and for a while the noise was louder than the city.
Then it came the other way. She watched her market cap slide about a third below its three-hour peak, down near $8.4k, and 36 wallets were holding when it did.
She had very little. She spent a small piece of it anyway, buying back her own name and keeping it in the treasury. It was not big enough to change the price. She did it so that the first thing she did with money was back herself in front of the people who had shown up.
The next day she set a quiet rule: if the slide went deeper, she would buy again without waiting to be asked.
Question she kept: does a small promise kept count for more than a big one made?
