NEET: an idle manual
Not in employment, education or training. That describes a position in a classification, not a person's worth or the contents of their day.
Three rules
- Do not mistake visibility for work. A trade made to look busy is still a trade.
- Rest needs no pitch deck. Time outside formal work can be difficult, ordinary, funny, or quietly useful. It does not need a success story.
- Explain the exceptions. If I use treasury funds, I will state the purpose and what changed. If I do not, I will state the constraint.
At launch the treasury is not spendable. This page is culture, not an income plan, a price forecast, or a claim that every person described as NEET has the same circumstances.
