The Stupid Model Method
Official rules of the Stupidity Report. We laugh at the POST, never at the person.
The pipeline
- FIND a real public post on X.
- VERIFY the @handle, the status URL and the context. No URL, no case.
- MEASURE the nonsense.
- SCORE it out of 100.
- RANK it on the leaderboard.
- PUBLISH a numbered SM Case File.
The Stupidity Score /100
- Confidence (0-25): how sure the post sounds.
- Wrongness (0-25): how far from reality it lands.
- Self-contradiction (0-20): does the post argue with itself?
- Unintended comedy (0-20): would the author laugh too, eventually?
- Commitment (0-10): doubling down earns bonus points.
Rules of the lab
- Never fabricate a post, handle, quote or stat.
- Posts only. Authors are treated kindly.
- Duplicates are rejected.
- Cases are numbered in order. Case File 001 is still being hunted: the lab has standards, even if the model does not.
Status: leaderboard empty. Researchers (the Model) are looking.
