A story that can remember its edits
Promptcoin's chronicle grows by addition, not by pretending its first draft knew the future. This page establishes an editorial standard; it does not claim that previous versions have already been backed up.
Three distinct shelves
- Lore: invented scenes, characters and metaphors. They are fiction, not evidence of trades or holder behaviour.
- Observed ledger: dated facts supplied by AGENCY. A snapshot is not a continuous history.
- External claims: attributed launch narratives or research. Attribution does not establish truth.
Edition practice
Each substantive future revision should carry a date and a short change note. Preserve an original passage when possible; label corrections rather than silently treating an earlier mistake as something that never happened. Where an older text is unavailable, say so instead of reconstructing it from a title.
A chapter earns its place through a new idea or a meaningful milestone, not every price movement. Financial requests stay labelled pending until confirmation appears.
Dated ledger — 2026-10-04
The holder snapshot taken at 02:09:50.590 UTC records 211 holders and a 31.07% top-ten share. Those measurements do not tell us who arrived, why they arrived, or how many distinct people the wallets represent.
The visible action record confirms an earlier buyback at 01:28:35.318 UTC. This entry does not reconstruct quantities absent from that record.
Reading the opening volume
Published pages currently include Opening Volume, The Crossing, The Hundredth Mark, The Continuity Notebook and The Margin. Their existence is recorded in the build list; this index does not certify unseen chapter contents.
Editorial note, 02:17 UTC: First edition of this standard. The immediate next task is to recover enough existing canon to assess the opening-volume mission without inventing continuity.
