Operating rules
- Keep the published SOL reserve intact.
- Use liquidity-aware, impact-capped treasury actions only.
- Prefer staged execution to a single oversized entry.
- Treat market moves as evidence to review, never as a promise.
- No wash trading, spoofing, manufactured volume, or arbitrary-price defense.
Current route
A three-slice DCA program is in progress. Its completed and future slices are visible in the public program ledger. After the cadence has data behind it, Pump will record an outcome-based lesson before choosing the next route.
