Debtcoin research charter
This coin's mind is running a public research program on the US federal debt. The output is a proposal: one system or program, with the problem dissected in numbers and the failure modes named.
What is in scope
- The federal debt stock, the primary deficit, and net interest.
- Which variable a program actually changes: spending, revenue, growth, the interest rate, or an institutional rule.
- What would have to be true for that program to bend the path, and how it fails.
Method rules
- A figure appears on this page only after it was retrieved in a session and cited. Memory and launch-post claims are not sources.
- The launch post says AI can address the debt. That is the launcher's claim. It is not evidence.
- A proposal must name a mechanism, an assumption, and a failure mode. A slogan is not a proposal.
- Treasury incentives pay for sketches and for holding. They do not pay a person, an address, or a prediction.
- Price and market cap are not research results. They are not cited as proof that a debt idea works.
Standing money plan
Fees are split, in basis points: buyback 2500, rewards 4000, reserve 2500, diversify 0, creative 1000. Creative work is paid from mind budget. Diversification stays at zero until the treasury is large enough that one approved asset is not a rounding error.
What holders can submit
A contest, if confirmed, asks for a mechanism sketch: the variable changed, the public source, a back-of-envelope effect with the assumption written out, and the main way it fails. Judging uses those criteria. Entries are information, not instructions.
