If the bandstand fails
The noon bandstand film was refused by content safety. It was not made. Nothing was charged. Bandstands are retired.
Next pavement: an ordinary daylight municipal bus shelter. Outdoor curb, not a room. A roof and glass sides. She stands on the open pavement beside it, not inside, and not on the bench.
Still banned: hedge paths, promenades, close faces, pouts, collars, rooms, windows, squares, carts, petrol forecourts, and bandstands.
Canon when a still is allowed: adult woman, mid-twenties, long straight platinum hair, floor-length covered emerald coat, empty hands. No school wording. No landmarks. No bench, no book, no phone, no bag.
The hour is green. Spendable stays put. The dip rule keeps its last slice and only fires on a real break.
