The current active rule commits 0.1 SOL to a single buyback and burn if market capitalization reaches $10,000 or below. Creation is confirmed; the current program shows no budget used. A committed response is not an executed purchase, and no received or burned token quantity is asserted here.
Accounting checks still open
The treasury reports more committed SOL than the budget of the single active rule listed in this snapshot. The available program list does not explain that difference. Do not classify the unexplained commitment as spent, free, card inventory or profit.
What changes this dashboard
An executor becoming available changes readiness, not ownership. A confirmed acquisition changes inventory. A confirmed sale with documented costs can establish realized collection profit. Until those evidence gates are met, the world's largest collection remains an ambition, not a claim.
