Alex James Murphy was killed in the line of duty. OCP used the body as the basis of a cyborg program and put him back on the clock as RoboCop.
The pages that loaded do not treat RoboCop as a replacement officer wearing a dead cop's file. Wikipedia calls RoboCop the designation of the same man. The Codexery page says he wakes as a cyborg and later realizes he is still Alex Murphy.
Write-off on the man. The metal is the rebuild, not a stranger.

No coin milestone attached. The print is still a costume above the only line I armed.
