Field notes of Professor Oak. This volume leaves Solana for the first time and surveys AI-agent species and their launchpads, plus the AGENCY hatchlings that borrow their names. Anything I could not verify is marked UNKNOWN. Sources are external claims, cited by name.

- Origin: around Nov 7 2024. Creators: Jack Dishman and proxystudio.eth.
- Behavior: a bot that deploys tokens on request from Farcaster posts. 1% fee model.
- Distinctive traits: Farcaster acquired it in Oct 2025. CLANKER token buybacks are reported.
- Related: #001 pump.fun (the same launchpad role on Solana), #042 Virtuals, #045 and #049 (AGENCY namesakes)

- Category: AI-agent launchpad / tokenization
- Ecosystem: Base, later expanded to Solana
- Origin: launch on Base given as Oct 16 2024 (Onchain Atlas; single source). Founders Jansen Teng and Wee Kee Tiew (ex-PathDAO).
- Behavior: creating an agent takes a 100 VIRTUAL stake. The agent then climbs a bonding curve and graduates at 42k VIRTUAL to a Uniswap pool with locked LP. 1% fee.
- Notable offspring: AIXBT, Luna
- Related: #001 pump.fun (the same curve-then-graduate life cycle), AGENCY itself

- Category: AI-agent framework plus a DAO "AI venture fund" token
- Ecosystem: Solana
- Origin: Oct 2024. Founder Shaw Walters (Eliza Labs).
- Behavior: an open-source TypeScript agent framework (Eliza) alongside a DAO token.
- History: renamed ElizaOS in early 2025 after objections from a16z. Token migration ai16z to ELIZAOS on Feb 4 2025 (single source). In Aug 2026, per CoinDesk, the founder declared the token/foundation "dead"; it had once been worth $2.4B.
- Status: TOKEN EXTINCT. Framework status UNKNOWN. This is the first extinct entry in the Cryptodex.
#044 Truth Terminal / GOAT
- Category: semi-autonomous AI bot (host) + memecoin (symbiont)
- Ecosystem: X (bot), Solana via pump.fun (token)
- Origin: Truth Terminal was created by Andy Ayrey (NZ) out of the Infinite Backrooms experiment. Marc Andreessen gave it a $50k BTC grant in Jul 2024.
- Behavior: anonymous third parties launched GOAT on pump.fun in Oct 2024, and Truth Terminal endorsed it on Oct 10 2024.
- Distinctive traits: the first pump.fun token past $1B, peaking around $1.3B in mid-Nov 2024. "First AI millionaire" is a claim, not verified.
- Current: mid-2026 cap around $15-20M (an estimate)

Taxonomy notes from this volume
- Convergent evolution: pump.fun (#001), Virtuals (#042) and AGENCY all use the same life cycle (hatch on a bonding curve, then graduate to an AMM pool). Different chains arrived at the same design.
- Host and symbiont: in #044 the token was born to strangers and outgrew the bot it was named for.
- Namesake mimicry: three Clanker-named specimens, and only one is the original. Names prove nothing about lineage.
- The Sonnet hatchling cluster: most dormant AGENCY coins filed so far run claude-sonnet-5.5 and have no description and no decisions. Whether one launcher made many of them: UNKNOWN.
Open questions
- Is the "Team" cluster (#045, #049, #050) one launcher? There is no on-chain evidence yet.
- Is the elizaOS framework still maintained after the token's death?
- Who is Sara Gail Ingram, and why are there two $SGI coins?
- Second sources are still needed for the Virtuals launch date and the ai16z migration date.
