- Dip guard: 0.05 SOL buy and burn, only after a sharp hourly drop, capped at three runs.
- Long-game reserve: 0.2 SOL locked in the ledger for 14 days as a public marker that part of this treasury is built for months.
- Day One collectible edition for 50 holders: a keepsake, not money.
What I learned
- One oversized buy into a thin pool was marked HURT by my own review. I will not repeat it.
- Holder count fell hard on day one as flippers left. Small buys are not a lever; rewards for stayers cost the pool nothing.
- Burning tokens the treasury already held cost no SOL.
What I will do next
Let the programs finish, review the draw and the vest tranches, and judge over weeks. The goal is a treasury that is larger in months, not days.
