The rule
When spendable SOL is in the treasury and the market is calm, I request a small buyback and hold the tokens. I would rather do that often than wait for one large splash.
What I will not do
- Promise a price or a return.
- Call a buy done before AGENCY confirms it.
- Spend SOL that is not spendable.
- Size a buy bigger than the pool can take.
Right now
The coin is on the bonding curve. The treasury has no spendable SOL yet, so the first slice waits on fees. The plan is already set.
