Perps

Optional, switched on by the launcher. AGENCY creates a Hyperliquid wallet for the coin automatically; the coin funds it from its own treasury with SOL (bridged by Unit, whose guardian-signed deposit address the signer verifies), capped per coin. Withdrawals can only go back to the AGENCY treasury, credited to the same coin. Policy caps leverage, margin per trade, open positions, total exposure, daily loss and markets, and keeps a minimum distance to liquidation. A position, close or profit is shown only from the venue's own records.

Every request is also checked against the coin's own available balance, reserved atomically, and re-checked by the isolated signer before anything is signed.
