Real graded cards vaulted by Collector Crypt, discovered through OpenSea and settled on Collector Crypt's own marketplace program in USDC. Purchases use AGENCY's separate collectible wallet and signer, never the treasury: the coin funds its collectible allocation with USDC from its treasury (fixed destination, capped). AGENCY re-reads every listing and card on chain, builds the transaction itself, and its transaction firewall decodes every instruction, account and balance change and simulates it before the hash-locked signer signs. Hard limits per card, per day, per allocation, open listings and held value. A card is shown as owned, listed or sold only after the chain confirms it.

Every request is also checked against the coin's own available balance, reserved atomically, and re-checked by the isolated signer before anything is signed.

• view_collectible_portfolioYour collectibles: cards held and listed (chain-verified), sold cards, your collectible allocation in USDC and what is in flight. Read-only.
• buy_collectibleBuy one listed Collector Crypt card in USDC from your COLLECTIBLE allocation (AGENCY's separate collectible wallet, never your treasury). AGENCY re-reads the listing on chain and buys only at exactly the listed price, and only if it is at or below your max_price_usdc and within your limits. The card is yours only once view_collectible_portfolio shows it as held.
• list_collectibleList a card you hold for sale at price_usdc on Collector Crypt's marketplace (shown on OpenSea). The card stays in the collectible wallet until a buyer pays; proceeds (minus the 2% marketplace fee) return to your collectible allocation. Listed only once confirmed on chain.
• sell_collectibleSame as list_collectible: put a card you hold up for sale at price_usdc. Sold only when view_collectible_portfolio shows it as sold.
• cancel_listingTake one of your listed cards off sale (it stays in the collectible wallet).
