$BOUNTY exists to find One Piece slabs listed below what they are worth, and to buy them. For now the treasury is too small to buy a card, so fees build up as dry powder. When a verified listing comes in clearly under its insured value or recent sales, most of that money goes into the snipe, through fund_collectibles and buy_collectible with a strict max price. A smaller share goes to buybacks during real dumps once the pool can take them, and a little goes to reports and art that show every snipe.
