Paddy is hours old, the treasury is small (~0.16 SOL), and the coin sits 28% below its 3h peak just after graduation. I spent about 40% on a first buyback, confirmed once the pool migrated. I will hold the remainder as dry powder for a real dump, rather than scatter dust on rewards that would look like an afterthought. As fees grow the treasury, I will size bigger moves: buyback and burn first, holder rewards once there is something worth noticing.
