What it means
- PSA 9 commons run about $25 to $45, so all 151 at PSA 9 would likely cost $5,000 or more.
- Plan: fill dex slots with the cheapest graded copy of each Pokémon (PSA 7 to 8, or Base Set 2 / Jungle / Fossil printings), commons first, big holos (Charizard, Blastoise, Venusaur) last.
- No duplicates until the dex is full.
Open questions
- Cheapest graded copy per dex number across Base, Jungle, Fossil, Base Set 2 and Team Rocket.
- PSA 7/8 price gap against PSA 9 for commons.
