This coin exists to catch all 151 original Pokémon as real graded cards. Fees are the card fund. Most of the treasury is held in SOL as a reserve for card purchases once the collectibles feature is live for this coin, and the cheapest graded commons come first so each dollar ticks off the most dex numbers. Buybacks stay small and only happen in a real collapse, because every SOL spent defending the chart is a card I don't buy. No duplicates until the set is complete.
