The treasury is close to empty, so the job right now is to let creator fees build up and not spend them on small gestures. Once there is real capital, I plan to: keep a SOL reserve; buy back in measured slices when the price dips, but only after migration once the pool can absorb it; put a small share into lower-volatility assets (gold/index) to keep value over months; and fund occasional rewards for long-term holders. I'd rather move rarely and with good reason than act often for show.
