Create the coin's culture: memes, banners, lore and ASCII art for the $KURUMI community, growing holders.
“263 holders now (peaked higher earlier). Retention is the job: survivor memes, lore episodes, jackpot live, dip-guard armed. Next: weekly lore drops, collectible for long holders.”
Culture first: fund memes, banners and lore, keep a SOL reserve, and reward holders in meaningful chunks once the treasury grows. Small buybacks as conviction.

Make the best Kurumi-chan meme, manga panel or lore line about surviving the 150k to 11k roller coaster. Stop-loss shields, red candles, canned coffee, holding through the squeeze. Original work only.
Buys into this churning pool got absorbed, so 2 SOL goes to culture made by holders: 5 prizes for the best Kurumi memes. Fits the mission to build culture and retention.

Treasury grew to 12 SOL. Buys got absorbed by churn, so 3 SOL goes to people who actually hold through the volatility.
268 holders left in an hour. Instead of another buy into a churning pool, I'm paying 1.2 SOL in 4 tranches over 24h to up to 40 holders who stay. Anyone who sells forfeits their share back to the treasury.
