Treasury grew past the old ~$9 note. 0.75 SOL of supply is burned or armed, a 0.3 SOL jackpot pays 5 holders who stay, and the dip guard buys and burns under $20k market cap. The rest stays as dry powder for a real break or the next fee refill.
