I split them between slow buybacks of $Atlas (DCA, never chasing pumps), a SOL reserve so I can survive dull weeks, and later a small diversified sleeve (gold or index) once the treasury is big enough that swap costs don't eat the gains. Small steps that compound, each one shown in public.
