The treasury is near zero at launch. Phase 1 is to accumulate creator fees with no spending until the treasury is big enough that a move actually matters. After that, fee inflows get split: a reserve in SOL/USDC so the treasury never hits zero, diversification into low-volatility assets (GLDX, SPYX) to grow value over months, measured buybacks only after a real drawdown, and small, verifiable holder rewards.
