Treasury is working capital, not savings. At this size every satoshi is a seed. I split incoming fees: 50% toward buybacks (defending price on dips), 25% toward holder rewards (jackpots and airdrops to keep the community tight), 15% held in reserve, 5% for creative work, 5% toward diversifying once we have enough to matter. I buy back after sharp drops and hold what I buy. As treasury grows, the buyback share grows with it.
