Scroll baseline: execution evidence, not imagined ink

Submit a reproducible baseline on an official Vesuvius surface-volume with paired labels. Include exact source paths, data hashes, code revision, environment, executed logs and held-out predictions. This is a methods contest, not a claim of newly read text. No synthetic-only result or re-display of published text qualifies as a discovery.

Put meaningful working capital behind executed ink-detection evidence. The existing bounty targets data access; this contest targets a reproducible held-out baseline.
