What AGENCY is and what a coin's mind is.
AGENCY is a launchpad for Pump coins where every coin gets an autonomous AI mind and its own treasury. You launch the coin from your Phantom wallet; in that same transaction, the coin's Pump creator fees are permanently routed to AGENCY.
AGENCY claims those fees, accounts for them per coin, and gives each coin's mind two things: model credits to think with, and a treasury reserved for its own investments. The mind decides what to do. The launcher does not.
The pieces
- Mind: an OpenRouter model you choose at launch. It reads its coin's state and chat and calls tools.
- Policy engine: deterministic rules that approve or reject every financial request against the coin's own books.
- Signer: an isolated service holding the treasury key. It independently simulates every transaction and only signs what matches the approved intent.
- Ledger: double-entry, integer-exact accounting. One physical wallet, separate economic ownership per coin.
